What we provide: WhatsApp customer messaging
BitByteCore builds and runs customer-messaging software for business clients. Each client connects its own WhatsApp Business Account through our app. From Meta we receive the client’s incoming messages, delivery and read statuses, message-template data and business-account details, and we use them only to show conversations to the client’s own staff inside their system, send the replies and order updates they write, and keep their records.
We never use a client’s data for our own purposes or share it with anyone else.
Our first client is a packaging manufacturer in the UAE that uses our system to answer customer enquiries and send order updates on WhatsApp.
What we provide: Page and Instagram publishing
BitByteCore also builds and runs publishing software for business clients' Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. Each client connects its own Facebook Page, and the Instagram account linked to it, through our app on this site. From Meta we receive that Page's details, the linked Instagram account's details, and how the posts we publish performed, and we use them only to publish what the client tells us to publish, to show the client how those posts did, and to keep the client's record.
We never use a client's data for our own purposes or share it with anyone else.
Posts published for you
What you approve goes out to your own Page and your own Instagram account, from your accounts, under your name.
Nothing goes out unapproved
We publish what you tell us to publish. There is no automatic posting to a client's account, and no post is written for you without your say-so.
Your accounts stay yours
We connect to your Page and Instagram account. We do not own them, we do not post without your say-so, and disconnecting takes one click.
Tested on our own accounts first
The same software publishes to BitByteCore's own Page and Instagram account, so every change reaches ours before it reaches yours.
How a client starts
On this site. You press Continue with Facebook, Facebook asks which Page to share, and we connect that Page and the Instagram account linked to it. That step creates your account here; there is nothing to sign up for first. You can see what is connected, and disconnect, on the same page at any time.

The account stays yours
The WhatsApp Business Account belongs to your business. So does the phone number on it. We connect to your account; we do not own it and we do not resell access to it. If you stop working with us, the account stays with you.
How a client starts
You accept Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Terms, then connect your WhatsApp Business Account to our app through Meta’s sign-up window. We set the system up with you and hand it to your staff.
That WhatsApp sign-up page is Meta’s own and we send you the link to it. Nothing about the WhatsApp sign-up is hosted on bitbytecore.com, and there is no account to create with us to do it. Connecting a Page or Instagram account is the other way round: that happens on this site, as described above.

The rules we work under
Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Terms apply between each client and Meta, and every client accepts them before we connect a WhatsApp account. A connected Page or Instagram account stays under Meta’s own terms for that account. Our own agreement with clients is the client terms. What we do with platform data is in Part 2 of the privacy policy, and the deletion page explains how anyone can have their data deleted.
